Mole Mobile — 2023

The challenge

Build an operation that could perform at both ends of demand.

Highly promoted stops could produce overwhelming traffic and require careful guest flow, staffing and on-site decision-making. At lower-traffic footprints, the challenge shifted: keep dermatologists engaged, present and ready while the team protected a consistent public experience.

The operating approach

Match the experience to the moment.

The team balanced two very different conditions. At high-volume stops, the priority was throughput without losing care or clarity. During slower periods, attention shifted to team energy and dermatologist engagement so the footprint remained active, professional and prepared for the next guest.

Campaign impact

Operations in service of access and early detection.

These overall campaign results were reported by Melanoma Canada; Soul-O’s role focused on the operational systems and on-site support that helped the tour reach communities consistently.
